The hotel is wonderfully located at the heart of Nassau, you can grab a bite to eat, take a stroll to nearby beaches, catch tours. It's an architectural marvel from the outside and tastefully furnished inside. It was a comfortable stay. I also loved the beach, it was quiet for Nassau with chairs and umbrellas, the pool area is also super gorgeous for a good day of relaxation. Special thanks to the hotel, I requested an early check-in and it was organized in time for my arrival. Finally, the staff were all amazing, from the doorman to the front desk and even poolside. The hotel was great, the location was downtown Nassau, so there were several cruise ships in the area per day. When I checked in, I was visibly upset as I had transferred from a stay at an apartment, hosted by a private host. I only stayed the 1 night as I had an awful experience, made worse the morning I was leaving as I had only booked the British Colonial the night before. The lady at reception could see I was upset and asked if there was anything she could do, she allowed me to check in much earlier than the scheduled time.

Pamela

I loved the attentive, caring and hospitable staff. They ensured that my stay was going smoothly and availed themselves to any need that could be met. The location is ideal for entertainment, food or shopping. You can walk to each thing with ease even other eateries other than the hotel. Overall is accommodating, luxurious and most revitalizing .

Tanya

Clean and comfortable room with helpful and informed staff. Easy access to the beach with private beach with plenty of sun loungers. Walkable to museum, art galleries, distillery etc which was very convenient.

Ellen

Relaxed and quiet atmosphere . Some days felt like we were the only guests . Nice property however this is more of a hotel vibe not a resort . Rooms are small but clean . Staff was wonderful !
